Great Tree Zen Women's Temple is dedicated to supporting women's spiritual growth and development within the context of Zen Buddhism. Women seeking to deepen their spiritual practice are invited to apply for residency at Great Tree. All residents are asked to stay at Great Tree and commit to the schedule, which includes zazen (meditation), study, and work practice.

Great Tree offers Practice Periods in the spring and one in the fall. If you are interested being a resident at Great Tree, first attend a five day sesshin.
